02
You can browse our website without providing your name, email address or other contact information.
We collect personal data when you voluntarily provide it to us, in particular when you submit a retailer enquiry through our For Stores form or contact us by email. Depending on how you contact us, this may include your name, email address, company or store name, location, website or social-media details, and the content of your message.
Our Request Cushion form asks for a city, country and suggested store name. Unless you include information that identifies an individual, this information does not constitute personal data.
03
We process personal data submitted through our website or by email in order to respond to enquiries, communicate with prospective retailers and business partners, and manage potential business relationships.
We process this information on the basis of our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR in responding to enquiries, developing our retail network and managing our business relationships. Where an enquiry relates to taking steps toward entering into a contract, processing may also be based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
We do not use information submitted through these forms to subscribe you to marketing emails or newsletters.
Providing personal data through our forms is voluntary. However, if you do not provide the information necessary for us to respond to your enquiry, we may not be able to process or respond to it.

We use external service providers to operate our website and communications. Where these providers process personal data on our behalf, they act as data processors.

Where technologies requiring consent are introduced in the future, they will only be used in accordance with applicable data-protection requirements, and visitors will be given the appropriate consent choices.

Our website contains links to our social media profiles. When you follow an external link, the respective platform is responsible for processing that occurs on its website or app.
07
Personal data relating to an enquiry will normally be retained for up to 12 months after the enquiry has been dealt with. Some of our service providers may use subprocessors located outside the European Economic Area (EEA), which may result in personal data being processed in third countries.
Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, such transfers are subject to the safeguards required under Chapter V of the GDPR, such as an adequacy decision by the European Commission or appropriate safeguards including the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
09
Under the GDPR, you have the right, subject to the applicable legal requirements, to request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion of your data, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to certain processing.
Where processing is based on our legitimate interests, you have the right to object to that processing in accordance with Article 21 GDPR.
